A trip to the snow can be loads of fun, but there’s a lot that can go wrong.
We offer you, your family and friends the following:
• Meet our drivers, transfer your luggage and then lock your car securely
at Pinnacle Valley Resort (located at the base of Mt Buller).
• Be transported by our professional drivers to and from Breathtaker All Suite Hotel.
• You will be driven straight to the hotel... no stopping at other lodges as with a taxi.
• No need to worry about or purchase snow chains.
• All entry fees included — no waiting in long queues at Mt Buller Gate Entry.
• Your luggage will be delivered to your room by our hotel porters.

Q Is it more expensive than doing it all myself?
A Yes it is. However, when you take out all the extra inconveniences, the premium is worth it.
Q I have small infant children. Do you have baby seats?
A No, we don’t.
Q Can I leave at anytime?
A No. You must pre-book on one of our set times. Please note that space is limited and subject to availability.
Q When do I pay for my transfers?
A 100% pre-payment is due when you book your transfers and they are confirmed by our reservations staff.
Q Do I need to carry or hire chains?
A No. You will meet our professional drivers below the snow line, they then transfer you up and down the mountain.
Q Does any other hotel on the mountain offer this service?
A No. Breathtaker is the only hotel to offer this exclusive service.
Q Are the Breathtaker drivers experienced in snow driving conditions?
A Yes. All Breathtaker drivers have extensive snow experience.

CONDITIONS
Please note this is not a regular route service and transfers operate on a pre booked system only. Each transfer has limited space and therefore we cannot guarantee you’re preferred time will be available. Your travel is only confirmed after a transfer co-ordinator has contacted you and you have received a transfer confirmation voucher. All transfers must be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. We require at least 3 days notice should you wish to change a confirmed transfer. This is subject to seat availability
